Component Change Made to Dow Jones Media Titans 30 Index

NEW YORK, June 23, 2006 — Dow Jones Indexes, a leading global index provider, today announced a component change in the Dow Jones Media Titans 30 Index.

News Corp. Cl A (United States) (NYSE:NWS-A) will replace Knight Ridder Inc. (United States) (NYSE:KRI) in the Dow Jones Media Titans 30 Index. Knight Ridder Inc. is being deleted due to its acquisition by McClatchy Company (United States) (NYSE:MNI).

The changes in the Dow Jones Media Titans 30 Index will be effective as of the open of trading on Wednesday, June 28, 2006.
