Component Change Made to Dow Jones Retail Titans 30 Index

NEW YORK, Oct. 6, 2006 — Dow Jones Indexes today announced a component change in the Dow Jones Retail Titans 30 Index.

Wal-Mart de Mexico S.A. de C.V. Series V (Mexico, MX: WALMEX.V) will replace GUS PLC (Great Britain, LSE: GUS) in the Dow Jones Retail Titans 30 Index.

GUS PLC is being removed due to its spin-off of Home Retail Group (Great Britain, LSE: HOME). Immediately following the spin-off, the subsector classification for GUS PLC will change from Broadline Retailers to Financial Administration, according to the Industry Classification Benchmark (ICB), making it ineligible for inclusion in the Dow Jones Retail Titans 30 Index.

The changes in the Dow Jones Retail Titans 30 Index will be effective as of the opening of trade on Tuesday, October 10, 2006.
