Component Change Made To Dow Jones Sector Titans Telecommunications Index

NEW YORK, April 21, 2004 - Dow Jones Indexes today announced a component change in the Dow Jones Sector Titans Telecommunications index.

Sprint Corp. (PCS Group) (US) will be deleted from the Dow Jones Sector Titans Telecommunications index and replaced by America Movil S.A. de C.V. ADS Series L Inc. (Mexico). Sprint Corp. (PCS Group) is being deleted following its recombination of shares into Sprint Corp. (FON Group).

The changes in the Dow Jones Sector Titans 30 Indexes will be effective at the start of trading Friday, April 23, 2004.
