NEW YORK, July 31, 2006 — Dow Jones Indexes today announced a component change in the Dow Jones Travel & Leisure Titans 30 Index.
Wyndham Worldwide Corporation (United States, NYSE:WYN) will replace Cendant Corporation (United States, NYSE:CD) in the Dow Jones Travel & Leisure Titans 30 Index. Cendant Corporation is being removed due to the spin-off of its real estate and hospitality businesses, Wyndham Worldwide Corporation and Realogy Corporation.
The changes in the Dow Jones Travel & Leisure Titans 30 Index will be effective as of the open of trade on Tuesday, August 1, 2006.
