NEW YORK, Oct. 12, 2006 — Dow Jones Indexes today announced component changes in the Dow Jones EPAC Select Dividend Index and the Dow Jones Italy Select Dividend 20 Index.

RAS Holding S.p.A. (Italy, Milan: RASI) is being removed from the Dow Jones EPAC Select Dividend Index and the Dow Jones Italy Select Dividend 20 Index due to the company’s acquisition by Allianz AG (Germany, Frankfurt: ALVG).

Stolt-Nielsen S.A. (Norway, Oslo: SNI) will replace RAS Holding S.p.A. in the Dow Jones EPAC Select Dividend Index.

TERNA S.p.A. (Italy, Milan: TRN) will replace RAS Holding S.p.A. in the Dow Jones Italy Select Dividend 20 Index.

The changes in the Dow Jones EPAC Select Dividend Index and the Dow Jones Italy Select Dividend 20 Index will be effective as of the opening of trade on Monday, October 16, 2006.
