Component Changes Made to Dow Jones Health Care Titans 30 Index

NEW YORK (Nov. 3, 2009) — Dow Jones Indexes, a leading global index provider, today announced that Schering-Plough Corp. (United States, SGP, Health Care) will be removed from the Dow Jones Health Care Titans 30 Index.

Schering-Plough Corp. (United States, Health Care, SGP) will be replaced by CSL Ltd. (Australia, Health Care, CSL.AU) in the Dow Jones Health Care Titans 30 Index due to its acquisition by Merck & Co. Inc. (United States, Health Care, MRK).

The changes in the Dow Jones Health Care Titans 30 Index will be effective before the open of trading on Wednesday, November 4, 2009.
