Component Changes Made to Dow Jones Internet Indexes

NEW YORK (Oct. 22, 2009) — Dow Jones Indexes, a leading global index provider, today announced that HLTH Corporation (United States, Industrial Goods and Services, HLTH) will be removed from the Dow Jones Internet Composite Index and sub-index Dow Jones Internet Commerce Index.

HLTH Corporation (United States, Industrial Goods and Services, HLTH) will be replaced by Constant Contact Incorporated (United States, Media, CTCT). HLTH Corporation is being removed due to its acquisition by WebMD Health Corporation (United States, Media, WBMD).

The changes will be effective as of the open of trading on Tuesday, October 27, 2009.
