Component Changes Made to Dow Jones Internet Indexes

NEW YORK (July 21, 2010) - Dow Jones Indexes, a leading global index provider, today announced that SonicWALL Inc. (United States, Technology, SNWL) will be removed from the Dow Jones Internet Composite Index and sub-index Dow Jones Internet Services Index.

SonicWALL Inc. (United States, Technology, SNWL) will be replaced by NIC Inc. (United States, Technology, EGOV). SonicWALL Inc. is being removed due to its acquisition by Thoma Bravo LLC and Teachers, Private Capital.

The changes will be effective as of the open of trading on Monday, July 26, 2010.
