Component Changes Made to Dow Jones Select Dividend and Dow Jones Titans Indexes

NEW YORK (March 23, 2011) ― Dow Jones Indexes, a leading global index provider, today announced component changes in the Dow Jones Select Dividend, Dow Jones Country Titans and Dow Jones Sector Titans Indexes.

In the Dow Jones Global Select Dividend Index, Milano Assicurazioni S.p.A. (Italy, Insurance, MI.MI) will be replaced by Astrazeneca PLC (United Kingdom, Health Care, AZN.LN).

In the Dow Jones EPAC Select Dividend Index, Milano Assicurazioni S.p.A. (Italy, Insurance, MI.MI) will be replaced by Belgacom S.A. (Belgium, Telecommunications, BELG.BT).

In the Dow Jones Italy Select Dividend 20 Index, Milano Assicurazioni S.p.A. (Italy, Insurance, MI.MI) will be replaced by Geox S.p.A. (Italy, Personal & Household Goods, GEO.MI).

Milano Assicurazioni S.p.A. is being removed due to the cancellation of its dividend payment.

In the Dow Jones Japan Titans 100 Index, Sumitomo Trust & Banking Co. Ltd. (Japan, Banks, 8403.TO) will be replaced by Aisin Seiki Co. Ltd. (Japan, Automobiles & Parts, 7259.TO). Sumitomo Trust & Banking Co. Ltd. is being removed due to it acquisition by Chuo Mitsui Trust Holdings Inc. (Japan, Banks, 8309.TO).

In the Dow Jones Construction & Materials Titans 30 Index, Panasonic Electric Works Co. Ltd. (Japan, Construction & Materials, 6991.TO) will be replaced by Hochtief AG (Germany, Construction & Materials, HOT.XE). Panasonic Electric Works Co. Ltd is being removed due to Panasonic Corp. (Japan, Personal & Household Goods, 6752.TO) acquiring the remaining shares of Panasonic Electric Works Co. Ltd. that it does not already own.

All changes in the Dow Jones Global Select Dividend, Dow Jones EPAC Select Dividend, Dow Jones Italy Select Dividend 20, Dow Jones Japan Titans 100 and Dow Jones Construction & Materials Titans 30 Indexes will be effective as of the open of trading on Tuesday, March 29, 2011.
