NEW YORK (April 1, 2010) — Dow Jones Indexes, a leading global index provider, today announced component changes in the Dow Jones Hong Kong Select Dividend 30, Dow Jones Asia Select Dividend 30, Dow Jones Netherlands Select Dividend 15 and Dow Jones Global Select Dividend indexes.

In the Dow Jones Hong Kong Select Dividend 30 Index, TPV Technology Limited (Hong Kong, Technology, 0903.HK) will be replaced by Silver Grant International Industries Limited (Hong Kong, Financial Services, 0171.HK).

In the Dow Jones Asia Select Dividend 30 Index, TPV Technology Limited (Hong Kong, Technology, 0903.HK) will be replaced by Macronix International Company Limited (Taiwan, Technology, 2337.TW).

In the Dow Jones Netherlands Select Dividend 15 Index, Smit Internationale N.V. (Netherlands, Industrial Goods and Services, SMIT.AE) will be replaced by Sligro Food Group N.V. (Netherlands, Retail, SLIGR.AE).

In the Dow Jones Global Select Dividend Index, Smit Internationale N.V. (Netherlands, Industrial Goods and Services, SMIT.AE) will be replaced by Integrys Energy Group Inc. (United States, Utilities, TEG).

TPV Technology Ltd. is being removed from the Dow Jones Hong Kong Select Dividend 30 and Dow Jones Asia Select Dividend 30 indexes due to its acquisition by CEIEC Ltd. (non component). Smit Internationale N.V. is being removed from the Dow Jones Netherlands Select Dividend 15 and Dow Jones Global Select Dividend indexes due to its acquisition by Koninklijke Boskalis Westminster N.V. (Netherlands, Construction and Materials, BOKA.AE). All changes will be effective as of the open of trading on Thursday, April 8, 2010.
