Component Changes Made to Dow Jones Spain Select Dividend 20, Dow Jones France Select Dividend 20 and Dow Jones Basic Resources Titans 30 Indexes

NEW YORK, July 27, 2006 — Dow Jones Indexes today announced changes in the composition of the Dow Jones Spain Select Dividend 20 Index, Dow Jones France Select Dividend 20 Index and the Dow Jones Basic Resources Titans 30 Index.

Telefonica Publicidad e Informacion S.A. (eDTPI) will be deleted from the Dow Jones Spain Select Dividend 20 Index and replaced by Antena 3 de Television S.A. (eDA3TV). Telefonica Publicidad e Informacion S.A. is being removed due to its acquisition by Yell Group PLC.

Arcelor (eQ5786) will be deleted from the Dow Jones France Select Dividend 20 Index and the Dow Jones Basic Resources Titans 30 Index and replaced by Mittal Steel New Entity. Arcelor is being deleted due to its acquisition of Mittal Steel Co. N.V. The name of the new company formed will be Mittal Steel New Entity. Following the completion of the merger, Mittal Steel New Entity will change its name to Arcelor-Mittal.

The changes in the Dow Jones Spain Select Dividend 20, the Dow Jones France Select Dividend 20 and the Dow Jones Basic Resources Titans 30 indexes will be effective before the open of trade on Tuesday, August 1, 2006.
