Component Changes Made to Dow Jones Spain Titans 30 Index

NEW YORK (Dec. 1, 2009) — Dow Jones Indexes, a leading global index provider, today announced that Grupo Ferrovial S.A. (Spain, Construction & Materials, FER.MC) will be replaced by Tecnicas Reunidas S.A. (Spain, Construction & Materials, TRE.MC) in the Dow Jones Spain Titans 30 Index.

Grupo Ferrovial S.A. is being replaced due to its acquisition by Cintra Concesiones de Infraestructuras de Transporte (Spain, Industrial Goods & Services, CIN.MC).

The changes to the Dow Jones Spain Titans 30 Index will be effective as of the open of trading on Friday, December 4, 2009.
