Component Changes Made to Dow Jones Transportation Average and Dow Jones Industrial Goods and Services Titans 30 Index

NEW YORK, Feb. 10, 2010 — Dow Jones Indexes, a leading global index provider, today announced that Burlington Northern Santa Fe Corporation (NYSE: BNI, Industrial Goods & Services) will be removed from the Dow Jones Transportation Average and the Dow Jones Industrial Goods and Services Titans 30 Index.

In the Dow Jones Transportation Average Burlington Northern Santa Fe Corporation will be replaced by Kansas City Southern Railway (NYSE: KSU, Industrial Goods & Services). The index tracks 20 U.S. transportation stocks. Other members of the Dow Jones Averages family are the Dow Jones Industrial Average, the Dow Jones Utility Average and the Dow Jones Composite Average.

In the Dow Jones Industrial Goods and Services Titans 30 Index Burlington Northern Santa Fe Corporation will be replaced by Canadian National Railway Company (Canada, CNR.T, Industrial Goods & Services). The index measures the stock performance of 30 leading companies in the global Industrial Goods & Services Supersector as defined by the Industry Classification Benchmark (ICB).

Burlington Northern Santa Fe Corporation is being removed from the Dow Jones Transportation Average and Dow Jones Industrial Goods and Services Titans 30 Index due to its acquisition by Berkshire Hathaway Inc. (NYSE: BRK/A, BRK/B, Insurance). All changes will be effective before the open of trading on Tuesday, February 16, 2010.
