Component Changes Made to Dow Jones U.K. Titans 50, Dow Jones EPAC Select Dividend and Dow Jones Chemical Titans 30 Indexes

NEW YORK, Aug. 31, 2006 — Dow Jones Indexes today announced changes in the composition of the Dow Jones U.K. Titans 50 Index, Dow Jones EPAC Select Dividend Index and the Dow Jones Chemical Titans 30 Index.

BOC Group PLC (Great Britain; LSE:BOC) will be deleted from the Dow Jones U.K. Titans 50 Index, Dow Jones EPAC Select Dividend Index and the Dow Jones Chemical Titans 30 Index due to its acquisition by Linde AG (Germany).

Wolseley PLC (Great Britain; LSE:WOS) will replace BOC Group PLC in the Dow Jones U.K. Titans 50 Index, France Telecom (France; Euronext Paris:FTE) will replace BOC Group PLC in the Dow Jones EPAC Select Dividend Index and Lyondell Chemical Company (United States; NYSE:LYO) will replace BOC Group PLC in the Dow Jones Chemical Titans 30 Index.

The changes in the Dow Jones U.K. Titans 50, Dow Jones EPAC Select Dividend and the Dow Jones Chemical Titans indexes will be effective as of the open of trade on Tuesday, September 5, 2006.
