Component Changes Made to Dow Jones U.S. Select Dividend Index and Dow Jones Oil & Gas Titans 30 Index

NEW YORK, March 29, 2006 — Dow Jones Indexes, a leading global index provider, today announced component changes in the Dow Jones U.S. Select Dividend Index and the Dow Jones Oil & Gas Titans 30 Index.

In the Dow Jones U.S. Select Dividend Index Wachovia Corporation (NYSE:WB) will replace Jefferson-Pilot Corporation (NYSE:JP). Jefferson-Pilot Corporation is being deleted due to its acquisition by Lincoln National Corporation (NYSE:LNC).

In the Dow Jones Oil & Gas Titans 30 Index EOG Resource, Inc. (United States) (NYSE:EOG) will replace Burlington Resources Inc. (United States) (NYSE:BR). Burlington Resources Inc. is being deleted due to its acquisition by ConocoPhillips (United States) (NYSE:COP).

The changes in the Dow Jones U.S. Select Dividend and Dow Jones Oil & Gas Titans 30 Indexes will be effective as of the open of trade on Monday, April 3, 2006.
