NEW YORK, Jan. 11, 2007– Dow Jones Indexes, a leading global index provider, today announced changes in the composition of the Dow Jones SWX Select Dividend 20 Index.
Saurer AG (Switzerland:SAUN) will be deleted from the Dow Jones SWX Select Dividend 20 Index and replaced by EMS-Chemie Holding AG (Switzerland:EMSN). Saurer AG is being removed due to its acquisition by OC Oerlikon Corporation AG (Switzerland:OERL).
The changes in the Dow Jones SWX Select Dividend 20 Index will be effective before the open of trading on Monday, January 15, 2007.
The Dow Jones SWX Select Dividend 20 Index tracks the top 20 yielding stocks domiciled in Switzerland. The index components are derived from the Dow Jones Switzerland Total Market Index (TMI) — a subset of the Dow Jones STOXX TMI.
