Postponement of all Dow Jones Indices to GICS Classification System

New York, NY, June 2, 2014: S&P Dow Jones Indices previously announced that all Dow Jones-branded indices will adopt the Global Industry Classification Standard (GICS) system. Based on client feedback, S&P Dow Jones Indices notified clients on Tuesday, May 27, 2014 that the transition of Dow Jones indices to GICS has been postponed. This transition will not take place this year. Clients will be provided with ample notice once a new transition date has been determined.
